Yummy Smoothies

 Berry Delight

 

- 350ml of coconut milk

- 2 handfuls of fresh or frozen berries

- 1 scoop of Vanilla Juice Plus Complete vegan - wholefood protien powder

- 2 ice cubes

Banana & Vanilla sensation

 

- 350ml of coconut milk

- 1 banana 

- 1 scoop of Vanilla Juice Plus Complete vegan wholefood protien powder

- 2 ice cubes

Chocolate Treat

 

- 350ml Rice milk

- 1 banana

- 1 teaspoon organic nut butter (peanut, almond or hazlenut)

- 1 scoop of Chocolate Juice Plus Complete vegan wholefood protien powder

- 2 ice cubes

 

Green Godess

 

- 350ml Rice milk

- 1 banana

- 1 handful of spinach

- 1 scoop of vanilla Juice Plus Complete Vanilla vegan wholefood powder

- 1 tea spoon of greens powder 

 

Whizz the ingredinets together in a blender and enjoy!

Raw Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients

- 200g Walnuts, soaked and dehydrated

- 6 tablespoons of pitted dates

- 6 tablespoons of raw cacao

- Seeds from ½ vanilla pod

- 25g of cherries and/or Goji berries

- 3 table spoons of water

- 25g chopped nuts e.g. Cashews

- 3 tablespoons of Agave syrup (or more if you want, you can also add a little bit of organic stevia if you would like it slightly sweeter)

For the topping

- 1 Avocado

- 50g Raw cacao

- 70g raw cane sugar, agave syrup or rice malt syrup

- Seeds from ½ vanilla pod

- Pinch of Himalayan crystal salt

Instructions

Place 200g of walnuts in the food processor until fine

 

Loosely separate the dates and add them to the food processor, mix until well combined

 

Add the Raw cacao powder, nuts, agave syrup and vanilla seeds and mix again

 

Roughly chop the cashews and add them to the mixture

 

Sprinkle the water and transfer to a large bowl – mix well with your hands

 

Pack well into a brownie tin and place in fridge or freezer to set.

 

Whilst that is setting you can make the topping - combine all the ingredients for the topping in the food processor until smooth.

 

Smooth the topping over the brownie mixture and place in freezer until set (about an hour).

 

Remove and store in the fridge

Raw Chocolate Tart

Ingredients

Crust

- 100g dried shredded coconut

- 100g macadamia nuts

- Pinch of Himalayan crystal salt

-50g chopped pitted dates

Filling

 

- 2 ripe avocados

- 5 tablespoons of raw cacao

- 2 ripe bananas

- 3 tables spoons of agave syrup or rice malt syrup

- 1 tablespoon of natural vanilla extract or seeds from one vanilla pod

- 1 punnet of berries 

Instructions

For the crust

Place the coconut, nuts and salt in a food processor until coarse

 

Loosely separate the dates and add them to the food processor. Process until the mixture is loose and crumbly but holds together when pressed tightly.

 

Press the crust in to a 9 inch, ungreased tart pan, press it in firmly and place it in the fridge or freezer while making up the filling.

 

For the filling

 

Place the avocados, bananas, cocoa powder, agave syrup, stevia & salt into a food processor and process until smooth

 

Pour this over the crust and top with the berries

 

Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving

Bella H&L Layered desert

 

Ingredients

 

- 1 avocado

- 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla juice plus complete

- 1 banana

- 1 tablespoon honey

- Chopped nuts of your choice

- Flaxseed

- desiccated coconut

- Berries of your choice

- flaked almonds

- 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt

 

Instructions

 

Make the chocolate or vanilla mouse by blending the avacado, banana, juice plus complete & honey, you may need to add a tablespoon or so of water to create the right consistency

 

Chop the berries and fruit of your choice

 

Mix the ground nuts with the flaxseed

 

layer the mouse, berries, nuts, dedicated coconut in a bowl or glass and top with Greek yoghurt & flakes almonds!

 

Bella H&L Protien Pancakes

 

Ingredients

 

- 1 Free Range Egg

- 1 scoop Juice Plus Complete (vanilla or chocolate)

- 1 banana

- 1 handful berries & honey

 

Instructions

 

Blend the egg, complete powder and banana together

 

Fry on a low heat with a small amount of coconut oil, turning until cooked through 

 

Top with your choice of berries / fruit and honey and enjoy!
