The best source of essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants are from whole foods i.e. a wide variety of fruits, vegetables and berries.  When consumed in this natural form they are fully absorbed into the body and work in synergy to give us all the nutrition we need. Our bodies do not fully absorb synthetic vitamin pills, therefore the best way to get the nutrients we need to stay healthy now, and in the long run, is to eat 7-13 portions of different fruits, vegetables and berries every day! Preferably raw.

Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables every day is vital for good nutrition and good health. Personally I have found that eating a wholefood diet consisting of lots of fruit and vegetables has a positive effect on all aspects of my health including increased energy, clear and vibrant skin, mental clarity, less colds and flu, maintaining a healthy weight and many much more. It has also had a positive effect on my families health as well!
